Throughout her working life Jen has developed her personal commitment to social change and always ensures that her work challenges disadvantage and promotes inclusion even where these are not the 'official' focus. Much of her work has focused on supporting organisations, groups and individuals to identify and address issues around power, status, authority and exclusion. She has a recognised ability to relate to individuals and groups with a wide variety of special needs and have worked extensively in this area.
