Embodied meditation
We relate authentically when we experience oneness with others –
without losing contact with ourself.

Sessions
Working with an ally through resonance based somatic enquiry is a potent way of listening deeply and accessing territories that lie below our consciousness.
Individual sessions focus on meditative enquiry through embodied awareness and dialogue.
Realization Process
‘The Realization Process is a series of guided meditations that help us connect more deeply with the internal space in our bodies while also cultivating deep contact with others and with our environment.
It contains elements of transpersonal and relational therapy, as well as release techniques for traumas that are held in the body.’
Judith Blackstone
I first trained with Judith Blackstone in 2008 when she visited Scotland and then undertook several further short trainings.
Integrating this embodiment process into work and life I became a fully certified Realization Process practitioner in 2017
(Embodiment 2014, Non-dual Meditation 2015, Healing Ground 2017).
Compassion
Compassion, known as ‘karuna’ in Sanskrit, is the wish for all sentient beings to be free from suffering.
If you do not give rise to love and compassion, then all your practice is like cooking sand hoping to get rice.
The most important sign of realizing Mahamudra is compassion

Resonance
Somatic enquiry and creative expression in various guises have been a place of reflection for my learning. I have a lifelong commitment to working with Resonance and am grateful for the allies and teachers I’ve had along the way.
