Why therapy?


People can turn to psychotherapy or counselling in order to deal with a challenge, difficulty, transition - something emerging - or facing something generational that's getting in the way.  It provides a valuable opportunity to  explore our inner landscape and how this relates to the world around us.


A period of personal work offers a place for reflection and enquiry in a safe, confidential and supported environment.  Learning more about ourselves and how to listen to the wisdom of our bodies can be the most valuable journey we will ever undertake.


Today I wake up empty and frightened

Don't go to the door of the study and read a book.

Instead, take down the dulcimer

Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.

There are a thousand ways to kneel and kiss the ground

There are a thousand ways to go home again.
